Refund Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy: Our company manages trades automatically based on a mathematical calculation of exposure. We reserve the right to cancel any trade outside of this calculation at our discretion. Arbitrage and scalping trading methods are considered unauthorized and may be treated as illegal transactions.
Refund Example: Clients are entitled to a refund of unused funds. However, no refunds are provided for lost funds, and the company is not liable for these losses. To request a refund, clients must provide full KYC documentation. Upon verification, we will initiate the refund process to the original deposit method within 7 days, excluding transfer fees.
